Postage Stamp Sheets Design for Kaboodle Doodles

Hi everyone!

I would like to share the news and efforts made to come up with postage stamp sheet designs for Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog, Team and Community.  After coming up with a keepsake Kaboodle Doodles book/photobook/mini book, this time I'm working on postage stamps and postcard releases.  ALL NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE BUT FOR PERSONAL KEEPSAKE AND TRIBUTE.  We may come back with the same team stronger and ever, but for now, please allow me and the rest of the team to rest and contemplate for a while.

I have been barely 2 years, the owner and administrator of Kaboodle Doodles, and this post is to share the possible and hoping that this is the realization of the to release of postage stamps for Kaboodle Doodles.  This is now one of my projects and dreams under where I am as Creo by Lady Katutz.

I hope this can be a joint issue between Manila (Philpost), UK (Royal Mail) and the USA (USPS), as Kaboodle Doodles begun in the UK and for more than 2 years now with me, a Filipino and had been with Cheryl (American) and Fran (British)'s hands as my co-admins.

Now, sharing the designs of the Kaboodle Doodles postage stamp sheets:

For now, I can only design for release my own Admin and DT Profile photos done in different designs for every international season in a year (for everyday profile photo design, formal, for birthdays, anniversaries, and for the Holiday Season - Christmas and the New Years).

I still believe but I hope it won't be necessary to edit the DT profile photo postage stamp designs to mentiona Kaboodle Doodles beneath the name.  I hope this is a great release for a Commemmorative or tribute for Kaboodle Doodles.

Please Note:  I still need to include the original banner logo of Kaboodle Doodles amongst the banner logo stamp sheet design of Kaboodle Doodles, unless the above will do for the moment.

Last Farewell . . .

Hello!

Here I am again, this time saying my last farewell together with the Kaboodle Doodles Design Team.  I have to agree with the rest of the team that saying goodbye has always been hard for me.  Though difficult, I still manage to go on.  I'll miss everyone, specially the ever reliable design team members who stayed with me until the very last challenge for the 1st Quarter of 2014.

Thanks to all the participants who keep on with our every challenge weekly.  I would usually count the number of viewers each challenge would have.  And it really makes me feel loved seeing the number of participants every week and challenge viewers dropping by the challenge blog for every challenge theme posted, completed and ended.  You all never fail to amaze us, the Kaboodle Doodles team, with such wonderful and to the extreme magnificent projects for our challenge themes.

We hate to say goodbye.  As I did my best to communicate with the alumni of Kaboodle Doodles.  And it is with this note, that we are really saying our fondest farewells.  I have compiled farewell messages of design team members, who would like to share how they feel and would like to also say their thanks to everyone who have been and are still loyal and are with the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog and Design Team.

Saying goodbye is never easy.
I want to thank Kath for all her hard work here at Kaboodle Doodles and for giving me the opportunity to be on the design team. It was a very memorable experience.
I want to let the rest of the design team know that it has been wonderful working with such a talented, creative and special group of ladies.
I also want to thank all the followers and participants for all your thoughtful and encouraging comments. And for sharing your inspiring creations.

Special thanks to Audrey Ernst for still being there for me and the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog and for Christine Periera when I need to consult on very rare occasions.

I would, lastly, like to thank the whole team for being wonderful design team members.  They didn't for once gave me any difficult time posting challenges and waiting for their projects.  Thank you for having your wonderful projects grace our Kaboodle Doodles Challenge Blog.  Thanks to Fran and Cheryl, for taking up announcing the winner's on a weekly basis.  And for making our term with Kaboodle Doodles enjoyable despite all of our other demands (e.g. domestic and work-related tasks).

I'll miss our annual Christmas Card Swaps.  I was hoping for more Christmas Card Swaps not only with the design team but in the future with a well-formed Kaboodle Doodles International Community based in United Kingdom (supposedly headed by either Fran Hancock or Sharon King at that time) with Joan Borgelt as alternate for the United States and me (Kath Hernandez) as the last resort on emergency to dire situations in hosting active swaps for our international community under the name of Kaboodle Doodles conducted regularly on a yearly basis.

I would like to thank the Editor-in-Chief of Scrapbooking.com, the US Online Magazine (E-zine) for accommodating and approving my projects originating from Kaboodle Doodles DT challenge projects for publication in your Online Magazine.  And for having me have my own Mini Book Department by being the 1st series of project Contributor with EnoGreetings.com and with Little Town School and Office Supply Store in Las Piñas City.  From a volunteer Design Team Member, to a volunteer regular Contributor of tutorial articles, I'm proud to share links to tutorials of projects showed and featured here at Kaboodle Doodles.

How, I wish Craft and Create, where Fran Hancock, Sharon King, Janet Babar, were able to share video streams of projects done by my British Design Team members of Kaboodle Doodles.  I have time and again mentioned these to my British Design Team Members who are gracing Craft & Create TV thru their works.  It's never for me to say "no" on avenues for my Design Team, but with careful regard to the whole Kaboodle Doodles Desing Team and participants.

This is farewell for now, from the team.

Thank you to all the followers, participants of the Challenge Blog and all the followers and likers of the Kaboodle Doodles Facebook Fan Page.  More power to the design team as we go on separate ways.
I'll be keeping the blog up and the channer by which the Kaboodle Doodles DT Group converge and communicate open.  This is with hopes of coming back together in a number of months or in a few years.  If it is so, I hope we'll all not be too late and with more from my sponsors too.

Till then.

with much love and regards,

your Kaboodles Doodles Owner & co-Administrator,
Kathleen B. Hernandez
